Fault reporting

To report a fault with your business telephone system you can either call the helpdesk on our freephone number 0800 376 8484 or email the helpdesk on helpdesk@telcare.co.uk

Calling the Helpdesk

During working hours (9.00am-5.00pm, Mon-Fri) calls to the helpdesk will be logged and dealt with accordingly.

Out of office hours
If you are calling out of office hours, your call will be answered by our auto attendant. You will be given the option to report a fault or leave a general message. In all cases please leave a telephone number so that an engineer can call you back.

Customers with a 24 hour cover contract will receive a call back within the hour. All our other customers with standard contracts will be called back at the start of their next business day.

Emailing the Helpdesk
During working hours your email regarding your telecoms system will be dealt with immediately and you will receive a reply as soon as possible. Should your email arrive out of office hours it will be dealt with as soon as the office re-opens.

Please be assured it is our aim to deal with any call or email as quickly as possible, we are proud to say that 95% of helpdesk queries are dealt with within the hour.
