At Telcare we are a small, eco-friendly and extremely customer-focused telecommunications service and maintenance operation and are proud of the personal service we are able to offer to all our clients, big or small. Since our formation in 1997, we have found that the relationships formed with our clients have proved not only good business but a remarkable form of advertising.

Based in Kent but working nationwide, our aim has always been to fulfil our customer needs, no matter what they may be. We can advise you on all aspects of your business telephone system or telephone system maintenance. And we don’t mind if your needs are a little bit quirky (such as a recent installation at Billingsgate Market where our team worked among the wet fish!)

At Telcare, size doesn’t matter! Our smallest system is a two user system (an office telephone systems for two people). Our biggest single business telephone systems site has over 200 handsets.

And in an age of remote access, assistance is never a problem ... our furthest customer is in Aberdeen, while our closest is next door!

Our ethics
We are passionate about what we do and nothing will stop us in getting the job done We won’t leave your work site because it’s 6pm and home time – we will finish the job even if it goes in to the small hours.

We have won awards over the years for our customer services; we have been recognised with ISO 9001 certification; and are very proud that our green efforts have been acknowledged with a 14001 certification – quite an achievement for smaller companies such as ours.

We are a family-run business with strong business ethics and we pride ourselves on providing a personal service from the moment we first speak to you. We work hard to get to know you; what your business does; and what you want your business telephone systems to achieve.

We understand what a business telephone system can and cannot do, and we won’t promise it can do something just to get the sale.

Telcare has always been very customer-friendly, forming some very good relationships with our clients. We often spend time to chat and are on first name terms with the majority of customers. We hold a customer draw every quarter, where two customer’s names are drawn, each receiving a £50 M&S gift card. We also send out £25 gift cards to those existing customers that refer us to a new one.

We also like to look after our staff too, as happy staff means happy customers! We make an effort to keep everyone happy and reward them with various social events. This means we do not have a high turnover of staff and our customers have a constant point of contact who they can build up a good relationship with.
